1. Our commitment to privacy

Exigent Corporation respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and applicable issuances of the National Privacy Commission.

2. Website inquiries

The Exigent Corporation website does not use an online inquiry form to directly collect, process, transmit or store personal information submitted by website visitors.

When you select “Connect With Us,” the website uses a standard email link that attempts to open an available email application on your device. The email may be pre-addressed to sales@exigent.com.ph and may contain a suggested subject and inquiry template.

No inquiry information entered into your email application is transmitted to Exigent Corporation through the website itself. Exigent receives your inquiry only after you personally choose to send the email using your own email account or email service provider.

3. Information you may voluntarily provide

When communicating directly with Exigent by email, telephone, meetings or other channels, you may voluntarily provide your name, organization, email address, contact number, product or project requirements, quantity or capacity, project or delivery location, timeline, technical specifications and other relevant details. Provide only what is reasonably necessary.

4. Purposes of processing

Information voluntarily provided may be used to respond to inquiries; prepare proposals; conduct assessments; coordinate discussions; provide products, services and support; administer projects; and comply with contractual, accounting, regulatory or legal obligations.

5. Website technical information

Hosting infrastructure or security services may automatically process limited technical information needed to operate the website securely and reliably, such as IP address, browser or device information, access time, requested pages and security logs. Such information may be used for operation, cybersecurity, diagnostics and protection against unauthorized activity.

6. Cookies and third-party services

This static package does not include analytics, advertising trackers or non-essential cookies. If third-party services, embedded content or analytics are introduced later, this Notice should be updated and their privacy practices may also apply.

7. Information received by email

Emails sent directly to Exigent are not website-form submissions. Once sent, information in the communication may be stored in corporate email, administrative or project systems as reasonably necessary to respond, establish or manage a business relationship, maintain records, or meet legal requirements.

Exigent does not sell personal information.
